SKY Account doesnt have Account

Hello,

 

When I logon to my SKY account using the email address I receive my monthly bill at I do not see any statements and it says I ahve no Services. Please assist.

I was able to unlink my old account when using the phone app/browser when I couldnt using the web browser on om pc.

@sky3990  Are you using the correct email address?   Are you logging into an old account, have you left Sky then came back?

 

If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. You can do this by logging into the old account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi,


Great, that looks to be the issue alright as when I go to Account Infor and Sky ID it gives me an error.

 

When i try to change my email there or under Manage account info it does not let me. Can you update my email please.

@sky3990  If you are unable to change the email address on the account you will need to speak to Sky and they should be able to do this if you are getting an error.

 

This is a customer to customer based forum and so you are talking to customers like yourself.

Do you have a contact number or email for sky that actually works? 

I cannot dial the number I found beginning with 0333 from multiple devices.

@sky3990  If you have broadband and talk with Sky then just dial 150 and listen through the voice prompts.
