Do you have the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or is it a 3rd party extender? If the Sky WiFi Max then you can contact them and get an engineer visit where up to 2 extra pods may be fitted. If it's a 3rd party extender then make sure it's halfway between the hub and the weakest location for wifi. An extender can only pass on a signal if it's receiving a decent signal itself.

Still having issues, 3rd party extender is in the correct position but still getting rubbish WiFi though out even next to the hub itself

@Daddy3dge having a third party extender can cause interference issues. To get the best WiFi coversge it is best to use matched units that cannot interfere one with another and firm a mesh network. Sky offer this as part of the WiFi Max bundle but in my experiince theit pucks have their drawbacks...

 I use a third party system of 3 TP-Link Deco units one of which is connected to the Sky hub by Ethernet.  Given the low cost of my system (under £100) over the years it has paid for itself several times over by not having to pay Sky for WiFi Max. These lowest WiFi speed in the most distant room on the third level is 150Mb/s and more importantly the signal is very stable meaning excellent video streaming.
