Royal Mail return label.

am seeking your advice regarding a Royal Mail return label. I have cancelled my Sky Broadband service and need to return the equipment. However, I have misplaced the return package that was originally provided. According to the Sky website, I should be able to generate a new return label through the Royal Mail website by entering the required details. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has been experiencing a technical issue since yesterday, and I have been unable to create a new label. Could you please advise on how I should proceed in this situation? Are there any alternative ways to obtain a return label or arrange the return of the equipment? Thank you for your assistance.

Re: Royal Mail return label.

I have exactlt the same problem as Atsu.  Sky are stating they will charge me for the old equipment, but I can't get a Royal Mail label to send the items back to Sky.  Thanks

Re: Royal Mail return label.

Thank you for your response. Gazza1470.

Would it be possible for a Sky representative to consider an alternative method for returning the equipment, rather than relying solely on the Royal Mail return label service?

For example, I would be grateful if Sky could provide a return address so that I can arrange delivery through another courier service.

Alternatively, as Sky should have my email address on record, perhaps a member of the Sky team could contact me directly to discuss a solution.

As you can see from the reply above, I am not the only customer affected by this issue. Another customer, Gazza1470, is experiencing exactly the same problem, and it is likely that other customers are affected as well.

I have attempted to generate the return label on multiple devices and from different internet connections, so I believe it is unlikely that the problem is related to my PC, browser, or internet connection.

I also attempted to use Sky's online chat service. Unfortunately, the option to speak with a live agent was unavailable, and the virtual assistant repeatedly asked the same questions without providing any practical solution.

I then contacted Sky by telephone, but I was still unable to obtain clear guidance regarding the return of the cancellation equipment.

I am making every reasonable effort to return the equipment and would appreciate Sky's assistance in providing an alternative return method while the Royal Mail issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your help.
