I have exactly the same problem. I tried another online cycling platform and it works fine, just Rouvy that won't work.

I'm also having the known issue, of not being able to use the Rouvy app on my Apple TV box. Due to the issue with Sky broadband, which started on Sunday. Any help will be grateful received

I am having the same problem.  I have been on Rouvy for a few years and not had this before. I use Apple TV. I have not been able to join races that I have signed up for or complete challenges that end this weekend.

I have exactly the same issue. Was fine on Tuesday won't work today so annoying. Sky please fix this ASAP

I'm having the exact same issue, I can't get on to Rouvy and it's costing me money because I can't use the app I'm subscribed to that costs £18 / month

I too am having the same issues as everyone else on this page. I'm a paying Rouvy Subscriber that can't use the software. I'm accessing it through Apple TV. 

please can a member of Sky contract me via email or chat so o can get this resolved. I finished work early today to use this software only to find out it's not working because of an issue at Skys end.

I'm sick and tired of Sky nothing but issues since going full fibre. I cannot use Rouvy which has an expensive subscription. 
Nobody from sky will help I've tried for ages, looking at going back to BT now

What is the point of paying for full fibre if they stop us using it?

I'm having exactly the same issue here with Rouvy on Sky fibre since yesterday, was working absolutely fine on Monday. I've spent hours today trying Sky and non-Sky routers, simplifying network architecture, opening ports etc without success, and the same devices can connect flawlessly to Rouvy over 4G or via non-Sky broadband.  Can I please have my case escalated in the same way to get it resolved asap?
