Router

My open reach opt box is in the garage so I've had to connect my wifi router in there. I've been told an engineer can come out and reroute this for free & I can put my router in my living room for example. I currently don't get much signal or good connection as it stands

I suspect that was incorrect advice: such a relocation is typically chargeable.
