Router transfer
We are letting out our property but do not need Sky Broadband and the router any longer. We are aware that we need to cancel our account which is on a 30 day cancellation period so the tenants can set up a new account but will they be allowed to keep the existing router? If not, the tenants will need to re-pair all the devices which may be a problem.

Re: Router transfer
It is 14 days notice that is needed to contact Sky to cancel your broadband with Sky. If the new tennants are to order Sky Broadband in their name then they would be given a new hub so you would need to return this one you have.
