Hi All
So my broadband was switched over today as per the agreed date however the router is still stuck in transit with Royal Mail. Spoke to Sky who basically said they are unable to send a new one out as the old one is 'in the system', Royal Mail will not communicate with me as I am not the sender and it seems that Sky dont really want to deal with the issue. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems that this is now my problem to sort...
Can anyone help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@tcmossYork in the past Sky have been unable to send a second hub out until the day after activation so it is worth calling them tomorrow.
