Router not working. Voice light doesn't come on

I've tried switching off and on and holding reset button as informed

@Aileenpetrie if the voice light does not illuminate at all it implies there is not a digital voice service on your connection an amber voice light indicates a fault with the digital voicecservice. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

Does a phone plugged into a phone socket get a dialling tone? If it does you are still on the okd analogue voice service.
