Ever since being first connected with Sky we have had connection issues, almost every day the router is not connected to the internet and the orange lights are flashing. I previously requested an engineer but had to cancel as the reconnected and I know they will charge me for the call out if it's working. Has anyone else had this issue? I don't know how to resolve it

You line attenuations do suggest you should get 70-80 Mbps. Your noise margins are off the scale and definately show a line fault
Call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops
To book an engineer

yes I am getting the same issue every week!! I have just had BT out to replace the router and had 6 new discs added to the house which gurantees no wifi failure. however I am still getting my mini box saying it can't connect to Sky Q box..
