Router not connected to sky box

All 4 lights are green on the router. However, the tv says "it looks like you don't have an interest connection" I've gone to settings and gone through the process of checking, but says no connection.

@2weycroft TV/Device not connecting, is this wireless wifi connecting, if so have you tried doing it with an Ethernet Cable?
