My router keeps turning off, need to talk to a human the Bot gives me a number but phone rings and cuts off is there a number / human to call ?? Or is it all automated now so frustrating i have tried numbers given even 150 ( if that still works )

150 does work and the tip is to remain quiet when asked anything by the bot.
