Router keeps restarting
We keep losing internet connection for the entire house (FTTP, all wired devices drop, including hard-wired WAPs), obviously WiFi devices still connect to the (non-SKY) WAPs, but there is no internet. Looking at the router (lights and log) it has randomly restarted by itself every time the connection drops, and the connection comes back in 3-4 minutes. This is now happening every few hours.
I've just spent the last 30 minutes trying to find out how to contact someone human on the website, eventually got to the page where you can start live chat, but it's not working, and then to try and call someone, but only be told there's a 35 minute waiting time when I call! The problem is my phone line is through the router, and the phone line drops when the router restarts, so I'm not sure waiting 35 minutes is a very good option. Any other way to get Sky to sort this out?

Re: Router keeps restarting
You could try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help then you will need to stay on the line for as long as you can.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
