Router has stopped working

Our router has gone off, there are no lights and we can't connect anything to the internet

If the power light isn't lit either than try unplugging it for a few minutes before plugging it back in and wait a further few minutes to see if it will then load up.

All you can do now is to call Sky to speak to them about this:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
