I think it's down everywhere. It says online it could be days. I couldn't get through to a human either

Iv also been having the same issue this evening in Bedfordshire, 3 green light but no internet, iv also tried all the diagnostic tests and had the same results as yourself.

I have 2 lights now. It crashed at 6:30. It so annoying I need this to be able to work. So many people are posting on Facebook that they have the same problem. But I cannot speak to anyone at Sky. Awful service again.

I'm the same. Woke up Xmas eve 2024, all green lights on router but no broadband. On 26th spoke to Sky technical team in Bulgaria for 2 hrs, went through endless resets. Nothing worked. They confirmed on 27th Dec that an openreach engineer has been booked for 28th Dec, on an 8am-1pm slot. No-one turned up. Called 8 times and was told he'll be with you, he's on his way, he's running late, he'll call you shortly to confirm when he'll be there. Then was told a garbled tale that Openreach are going to rebook possibly for 1st Jan, couldn't tell me anything else. Couldn't transfer me to a manager or provide any explanation. Called other UK SSkyteams, cancellations, customer experience teams who said they can't help and I need to speak to the technical team, who can't explain what's going on!!?? At a complete loss. I work from home and am back in on Monday and don't know what to do. Am absolutely fuming. I am going to cancel my contract but who do I go with and what do I do in the meantime? Any advice would be great.

I feel for you, my internet has now come back on of its own accord, and no engineer ever turned up although one was booked, for the past week since the internet has been back on, it's been horrendous, dropping in and out constantly, unless it improves in the new year I'd also be looking for other options.

It's been a nightmare. No help from Sky at all. I understand they're on skeleton staff but literally next to useless. We cancelled family plans today to stay in for the engineer 😫😫
