Router dropping out flashing orange lights

it dropped out last night constantly and its dropping out loads with orange lights no Internet connection no broadband or voice keeps flashing orange few mins ago tonight the sky stream puck keeps flashing up no Internet connection and gold channel keeps going offline and going to check router it's offline constantly when the tv channels go offline got engineer to inspect it on Tuesday but nothing on sky app showing as there is a fault

I'm having this problem from this morning. It's doing my head in. I pay over £100 for my package and I have my cctv through wifi, and now I don't even feel safe in my own home!

@Carlyox it seems settled now just went offline constantly dropping lights with orange showing gold tv channel keeps freezing and going off engineer coming on Tuesday to check the router for faults
