Router delivery

My fibre broadband was installed earlier than initially booked.. can I get my router delivered asap. Im worried that it won't be delivered until the original installation date and I'll be without WiFi for 10 days. I work from home so need the router

Usually the hub is delivered a few days before the activation date so if you check your online account does it show that it is on it's way to you:

 

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

 

If it isn't then there is nothing we can do for you here as we this is a customer helps customer forum.
