Router delivery change
Installation wasnt supposed to happen until 2nd May however open reach turned up and did the cabling to my house last week. Cant connect to broadband yet though as sky havent sent me the router and apparently wont send until near the 2nd May. Any advice on a number i can call to get this changed would be appreciated as the Virtual help isnt really much help. Tried my orders but that is only delaying a delivery not bringing one forward.

It is unlikely the 2nd May date can be changed but you could try calling Sky to see what they say.

Any ideas on best number to call as one i have tried i cant even get through to speak to someone

There is no best number as they all go through the same system.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
