Router connected but Pods not working

Router appears fine. Pods have been working fine since installing 3 week ago in the annex. However at about 0400hrs this morning all of our Pods appear to have gone offline and none of them will reconnect. They are all on LAN cables.

@Terry_M the pods are not designed for connection via LAN cables as they are for use for coverage in your main home. If a Sky engineer sgreed to supply them after a visit for your use case then call them otherwise I suspect you msybecstuck.

I know from personal experience is connection vis powerline adapters did not work and I have seen similar issues with direct Ethernet connections reported in the forum.. Normally the pods communicate with the hub using a closed wifi signal so perhaps a. firmware update has stopped the connection. The ethernet portsxare primarily there for use as WiFi to Ethernet bridges.

You would be better buying a simple third party WiFi system for an Annex like my own Deco system which do work with an Ethernet feed.
