@Kidz2007 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum so you will have to call them to get the hub replaced - they will probably require tge old one returned.

@Kidz2007 You need to call Sky to ge a new router sent out, no-one here can assist with that as we have no idea who you are or access to your account(even the few Sky staff here won't be able to assist).
