Router broken

My router is broken and won't power on. I've on 2 occasions tried to call customer service and both times I've waited 1.5 hour and then the phone call just turns off.

 

i need to get this solved and preferably a new router. Please can anyone help how I can solve this or get through to Sky Customer service?

I'm afraid that due to an ongoing Sky Glass issue the phone lines are extremely busy.
