Router Return Box went to old address!

I just moved house, but my return box came after I left the address. While I would usually simply download a new label off https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband, and put it in a shoebox, the button for "give me my label" doesn't do anything. I'm on a clock here to avoid a £50 fine but every number I call is automated with no option to speak to someone. I simply need a new return box delievered to my new address

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Return packaging is always sent to the address the account was active at. If you want more sent out you'll need to call Sky and see if that's possible.
