Router Problem Maybe

I'm not sure if I have a problem with my WiFi on my router.  When I try to access my dating apps they don't connect but will connect over Mobile Data.  Also, my Google Chrome App on my PC is stuck on Safe Search and on my phone despite me being over the age of 18.  I cannot change it on my PC or my phone.  I have recently moved to Sky and don't remember having this problem with my previous provider.  I have gone in to the router settings but cannot find anything that would stop me accessing any sites.  Any ideas please?

@AH2691 Logon to your sky account, under products look at the sky Broadband Shield settings and adjust to what you require, leave a day or so once adjusted to filter through all the server's!

Thank you for your reply.  I never knew that existed.  It was set to 13 year olds so I changed it to over 18's.  I'm in my 60's lol.  I'll give it a while and see if it works.

@AH2691 It should do, sky say's couple hours to let it all filter through, so you can see how it goes, 24Hrs for me is the safer bet!
