Hi. I get regular interuptions to my wifi/broadband service and last night the Chromecast i was reconnecting to wifi was advising that IP addresses were not being issued by the router which makes sense for regular interuptions. I'd like to organise a router replacement.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SBezza If you are looking to get a replacement router you will need to go through the troubleshooting steps with an agent and that would need to be done over the phone.
Just dial 150 on your landline and listen to the voice prompts. Stay on the line even if the system tries to send you a text.
