Ring doorbell connectivity issue

My ring doorbell has intermittent connection to my sky WiFi, also upstairs is intermittent. How do I get a WiFi booster.

@Brucieboy72 you need to buy one of Sky's add-on packages to get a free booster. Sky's Broadband Boost costs £5 per month and Sky guarantee a minmum of 3Mb/s in every room (which excudes doorbells) and they will supply a booster if asked. The newer WiFi Max comes with the new white hub and offers a 10Mb/s guarantee (25Mb/s for Ultrafast customers)  at £7.50 a month and you can get up to 3 extenders if a Sky engineer says you need them after a visit.

 

Alternstively you coukd buy your own equipment which can work out cheaper in the long run.
