Ring door bell and ring cameras won’t work with new hub!
Got a new hub from sky today, every device will connect other than my ring products.
I have followed advice on here and split the signal into 2.4 and 5 and still no luck. Any other suggestions I can try?
One of my ring cameras did actually connect this morning but when I made the 2.4 setting it's not connected.
any help would be welcomed.

@DanielA1993 What did you change name wise when you split the two frequency's, and sound's like you have the camera on the wrong name. So either correct the name on the hub, or do so on the ring camera.

Re: Ring door bell and ring cameras won’t work with new hub!
I literally called the 2.4 band my wife name but added 2.4 on the end.
just tried to connect one camera to the 2.4 and it worked but others won't? The one that has just worked also worked earlier before I split the bands. So still confused.

@DanielA1993 It's an allowed character but some devices just do not like, better to use nothing between, _ or - if you wish to seperate.
Your choice got both ring an camera connected on the sky 2.4ghz with no issues.

@DanielA1993 Was just making sure that you had the black hub just incase you jumped the gun on a white one. Have a look at the ring link below, just had zero problems connecting camera, doorbell can be awkward but just do that close to the hub, same with the camera keep it close.

@DanielA1993 Ring products are very secure especially when they have already been connected before, with a new hub you would have been better keeping the name and the password from the previous hub and setting that all in the new one, then you would have had no issues with the transittion.
