Good afternoon
Apologies if this has been covered and I did try and search
I have Sky Broadband Superfast 80 and a Ring doorbell. Although the router is quite a way from the doorbell, it works with live video, notifications and everything. Poor WiFi coverage but it works.
I have an Alexa which also is on the WiFi, works and notifies as they do.
However I have come to add a Ring Outdoor camera for the rear of my property with a Ring Chime Pro and both cannot find my WiFi or connect through the Ring app. I have turned off the Sky router to reboot, all working prefecture with phone and Sky Glass. But trying to set up Ring Chime and Camera is just going in circles. I will speak with Ring but thought I'd post here in case someone has had similar
Thank you

To add...I work from home and no issue with work laptop and never had to change either channel as presume self switching

@robw71 Start again. Plug in the chime pro about halfway between your router and where you want the camera. Try setting it up, it should find your WiFi. Once added into your ring account, then try adding the camera. Tell the ring app you want to add the camera to your chime pro network, not your wifi.
