Revinnection of phone line

Hi,
I am looking to have Sky streaming and broadband installed.  The phone line cable to the house was taken down when we had renovations done.  The cable is coiled up at the telegraph pole.  How do i get the wire reconnected to the house as part of the streaming /broadband package.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Assuming that was an authorised disconnection by Openreach then they should have a record of it, and when Sky place an order for service it will be reconnected if provision is going to be over copper: in an area with FTTP infrastructure a new optical circuit is installed instead.

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
