Returning equipment

Hello everyone, 

 

I have been informed I need a new router and need to return my old one. That is fine but I don't have the original sky power cable for the old router. Will this be an issue when returning? Will I have to pay the full return charge if the power supply isn't in the box?

@ThomasLee77 I suspect it depends on which hub you are returning if its an older flat type it is unlikely to be an issue as those are not going to be reused. The newer upright type might be but personally I wouldn't ask the question and see what if anything happens. However keep the postage receipt for the return package.
