Good evening
I have been talked into receiving a super fast router to replace the one I already got. Is still in the box unopened and would like to return it back to SKY. I really do not need a new one.
Does anyone knows if the return is free and would I need to add a address separately from the one already on the box?
The box has a return address on it but not sure how it works.....

Did you upgrade to broadband boost at £5 pm to receive the new one?
What hub did you have before . Sr102 or er110/115 and is it the sr203 (vertical one) that they sent out?
