Returning Sky Equipment

I cancelled my Sky broadband and i was emailed last week to say packaging was on its way so i could return the wires and router. I have not yet received anything and was just wondering how long others had to wait, as i know they have stated there will be a charge after 60 days of no retuen.

You can use your own packaging if the Sky one fails to turn up. You can also print off the labels for the returns by clicking here 

Keep the proof of postage once you have returned your item(s).

The returns packaging is usually sent out near the end of a cancellation period, so 14 days for broadband (to the address that the account is registered at).
