I recently had Sky installed. At the time of the installation, the new hub hadn’t arrived, so the engineer kindly installed a spare hub that he had with him.
Everything has been working beautifully ever since.
I’ve now received a package from Sky containing the original hub that was meant to arrive for the installation. I’d simply like to return this unused hub, but I’m finding it surprisingly difficult to speak to someone who can tell me how to do this.
Could anyone please advise me on the correct return process ?

If Sky haven't asked you to return this you could keep it as a spare but if you want to return it then this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
If Sky do want it back you might find it appearing on your account here:
https://www.sky.com/ordertracking
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
