Return sky hub

Good morning, when I was given the upgraded hub, I was unaware of the requirement to return the old one. I assumed it was to send to landfill, therefore I soaked the hub and placed in household waste to ensure that it wasn't usable post my use.

i apologise and request guidance on any forms I need to complete in response to my actions.
