I recently upgraded to sky ultrafast broadband. My new hub was not delivered on time; fortunately the sky engineer had one with him when he came to install.
The new hub was delivered to my address the day after my installation. I therefore now have a new and unopened router in my possession. Please could you tell me how I can return this to sky free of charge.
