Return Sky Broadband equipment - address change

I'm due to return my Sky Broadband as my contract is ending on 14 September. As I've now moved houses and I'm living abroad, I asked for the return packaging to be sent to my friend's house and provided the address.

 

I've just looked at the shipping/order summary for the equipment return box and it says 'awaiting dispatch' but has my previous address. Is there a way to update the address given it hasn't been dispatched? This is a problem because my lease for the house has now ended.

If you’ve successfully cancelled your subscription your friend can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and he/she may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

They need to keep the  proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if they use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
