Resolve Wi-Fi Issue

I moved house, and where I lived before there was no service available, but recently it became available. When I requested the move, a technician was supposed to come and do the installation. However, I later received a message saying that a technician would not be necessary.

 

I was then informed that the installation would take place on 28/04/2026, but we did not receive anything at home. There is only an old modem here, and I don’t understand how I am supposed to get internet service.

I need this issue to be resolved, as it’s becoming very frustrating. I have tried to cancel the internet service with you several times, but I have never been able to do so.

Do you have a Sky Broafband hub, have you connected yes it up to see if you have a working connection ?
