Hello all!
Recently joined sky as I'm moving house.
Ive booked in for my WiFi to be installed which was yesterday. I live where I have no service and didn't know they cancelled until I left the house at the end of the day and got service at the shop.
im really struggling to reschedule as when I ring the robot doesn't recognise my number or hear me due to bad service (I will be switching mobile providers for better reception) and when I try to reschedule online it has nothing on My Orders to reschedule! I need help getting in touch with a human!!
has this happened to anyone else before?

Find out moreHi @Elizabeth28 sounds like a right pain to help I have judt escalated your to post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
