Requesting escalation for MAP-T Opt-Out for Port Forwarding

Hi everyone,
I have a white Sky Max Hub and I am trying to set up inbound port forwarding for hosting services and peer-to-peer applications (specifically port 80).
I have added the port forwarding rules inside the My Sky app, but the port remains completely closed.
When checking the hub gateway page (192.168.0.1), my status explicitly says:
WAN IP Address (IPv4): xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (Shared using MAP-T)
The automated network shift to an unshared profile has failed to trigger after multiple router reboots. Could a forum moderator please escalate my account details to the network team so I can be manually opted out of address sharing and assigned a standard 1:1 unshared public IPv4 profile?
Thank you!
