Hi,
I had an Openreach engineer attend my property to fix a fault with my connection and while here he mentioned it was unusual in my area to have a building that was still only part fibre.
He mentioned that I could request them to run fibre to the building as our neighbouring building has it but we don't. He mentioned there was a connection point they could likely split from to achieve this.
I contacted our building's managing agent and they advised I would need to reach our to my service provider (Sky) to request this and then provide them with a form, while the Openreach engineer said that it would be Openreach directly.
Can anyone who's been through this process
