Replacement router/hub

Last week I signed up again for another 24 months contract, after quite a bit of haggling we came down to an acceptable price. Part of the offer was that they'd send out a new router/hub as mine was reasonably elderly. This has yet to arrive, any idea how long this should take to arrive? Tried calling but the waiting times are unnecessarily long and I've better things to do with my time. It would be so much easier if you could send an email or live chat messing. The auto assistance is a waste of time as it just directs you back to the information on the website and if you have a question, it generally doesn't have the answer.
