My Sky Hub has only two green lights and two yellow lights, one of which ius flashing. I have had a visit from on Openreach engineer who has told e i need a replacement hub. I have tried to report this to Sky but all i get is an automated line which is trying to arrange another engineer visit. Is there anyway to report this issue to a person so that i can arrange for a replacement hub?
