Repeated broadband issues since getting Full Fibre

I am nearing the end of my tether. I have had multiple outages since having Skt Full Fibre 150 installed, yet every time I am directed to run tbe Service Checker it says there are no issues, when there clearly are as I cannot access the internet and wi-fi is not operational. Because the checker finds no issues, it means I have no way of contacting Sky support, and trying to find a phone number online is a joke. Here are just some of the downtime I have made a note of:

May

20th  : lost internet for around an hour

23rd : couldn’t use Zoom due to connectivity issues

24th 2:25pm: lost internet for 2 hours

June

18th 1 hour outage

25th 11am outage for about 3 hrs, then 4pm outage for 3.5 hours

26th 10:50 offline about an hour

29th offline 1 hour or more

July

1st loss of broadband 5:50 until 7pm

2nd loss of broadband 11:30 for 10 minutes. Again at 12:28 until 2:27. Again 2:50 until 3pm. Again at 9pm until 11:30pm

July 3rd loss of broadband 10am and still ongoing

Can anyone help with a way to get hold of Sky support directly?

@Pete-adept

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Re: Repeated broadband issues since getting Full Fibre

Thanks. That's the Service Checker that I refered to in my op. It says nothing is wrong, which is patently incorrect, as I have no internet connection.
