Repeat connectivity issues with wifi

Hi team, I logged an issue with my wifi last week and it appears the same issue is happening again. I am currently working from home and connection keeps dropping. I cannot contact directly to the network cable as my study is upstairs and my hib is downstairs. I have checked my work laptop and there are no issues. When I have run a check on the my sky app it logs a fault with the wifi. Please can this be dealt with asap as I need the service to be up and running

You might have a poor signal due to this as a poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
