Renewal

I had a email offering to renew at 32 a month, when I go online to renew it comes up at £39. 50. How do I redeem the lower offer

@Fred1235 check that the online renewal has not added the SkyWiFi Max bundle as thst would explain the difference and you should be able to delete. If stuck guve  Sky a call and they should honour the rdnewal quote.
