so Sky were meant to activate the broadband today, however they were unable to due to a blockage and now open reach need to be involved
As a goodwill, they added ultra hd for free for 2 months until December, but my husband deleted the offer as I hadn't told him and it was showing up as a paid add on for the next bill.
Is there a way someone from Sky can add this back on?
