Regretting staying with Sky broadband

Since I've had my new Sky Max Hub, my internet has got progressively worse. The app tells me everything is fine, but I can assure you it isn't. I have given up trying to stream anything, as it's constantly buffering. I wish I'd never renewed my contract. Things are meant to get better not worse! Turning the hub on and off works for a few hours then it's back to dark ages speeds again. Come on Sky sort this awful service out!!!
