Red light

red light on new property since first switched on. No lights on ONT box

@Amy712 if there are no lights on the ONT pretty obviously the Sky hub will show a red light as it cannot connect. Check the ONT is plugged into a working power socket if it is and wont power up call Sky so they can arrangee to get it replaced.
