Red light on router - no internet

We have no internet and a solid red light on the front of our hub. The tech team at Sky were beyond awful so we have no idea what to do. They suggested the hub might be stuck in standby 🤷‍♀️

 

Any advice gratefully appreciated before we have Christmas with no internet 😫
