Red light hub- broadband activated

I have recieved a text to say broadband is activated but I have connected the hub according to instructions and the light on the hub is red. I have tried turning it off and back on again and have checked i have the correct wires connected.

@Danni0293 Would help if you said what was connected, what your connection type is! The electronic help version below has some more detail than the paper version!

Never mind, i have spoken to sky and they have escalated network help. Unsure how to delete the discussion
