Red PON

My internet isn't working, checks say it's fine.

I have a red PON light, I've done all the suggested steps and neighbours are also saying they have connection issues although sky also says no area faults? I also cannot get hold of anyone to help!

@T1MRT Red Pon, Fibre connection issue, if you need to speak to sky call 150 from a landline or sky mobile!
