Red PON light with hub flashing green
intermittent red PON light every few days. Spent an hour on the phone today as channels were buffering. Told all sorted now as every step was taken. However I'm not sure as this photo was taken at 10.30 tonight. Any ideass

Have you tried powering it off then back on again as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/optical-network-terminal
If you have then you will need to call Sky and report it to them.
